Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms govern your use of briidge.one. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Services briidge.one provides to clients are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Using the site

You may view, browse, and print pages of this site for your own information or for evaluating whether to work with us. You may not:

  • Use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that harms briidge.one or anyone else.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
  • Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with the site's availability or integrity.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for the purpose of building a competing service, or to train a commercial model, without our written permission.
  • Copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content as your own.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, layout, graphics, and code, is owned by briidge.one or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other rights. The briidge.one name and logo are our trade marks.

Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you. Where we build software for a client, ownership of that work is governed by the engagement agreement, which typically transfers ownership of the delivered code and data to the client.

Content on this site is not advice

The material on this site is published for general information. It describes approaches and patterns we use, not recommendations for your specific circumstances. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and you should not act on it without appropriate advice for your own situation.

Case studies describe work we carried out for specific clients under specific conditions. They are not a promise that your firm would see comparable results.

Forward-looking statements

Some pages describe systems in build or capabilities we intend to deliver. These reflect current plans and are not commitments.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

Third-party links and embeds

This site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party services, including Cal.com for scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, briidge.one is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content published on it. This includes indirect and consequential loss, loss of profit, and loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
